The PITCHES

So where are we all going to play?
Most of us here right now are in favour of pre-scheduling by draws or as fairly as we can to avoid long queues and the unnecessary waiting ideally a week in advance.
More on this later.

DARLING HARBOUR.

Being an Olympic venue, the site is off limits to us during the day
but from 9.00pm daily we have been given ONE pitch to replace the current Convention Centre ForeCourt one.
- The Darling Harbourside Amphitheatre.

All the Reserve pitches of the past are completely off limits
(Imax, Chinese Gardens)

SYDNEY CENTRAL BUISNESS DISTRICT.

The MCA pitch remains open to us.

There is also an allocated spot in FIRST FLEET PARK.
As yet untested with the greater estimated traffic flow it may turn out usable.

The CIRCULAR QUAY Walkby Pitches are gone.
There is however a new Walkby Pitch on the EASTERN ESPLANADE.

The PITT STREET MALL Walkby Pitches remain as does the
so far untried HYDE PARK Circle pitch.

There will be road closures throughout the city during daylight hours and quite a few will be workable morning and early afternoon (till 3pm).

Several city evaluations by various performers have brought up new spots that may become totally workable. A lot will depend on our adaptability and on how the City changes with this (supposed) massive pedestrian increase.

FOX STUDIOS.

Currently under trial right now since STREET BIZ managed
to convince them to allow us in, this may well turn out to
be something more than just a reserve pitch.
This site with Two Pitches has its own set of rules so all those interested should contact STREET BIZ.
